Easy to use app!

Best tracker out there...I use it every day. I love that you can save frequent meals and log then with two taps; the only thing that would make it even more streamlined is if renaming a meal erased the default "Meal 1" title so you dont have to clear it before typing. Thanks!

Light, simple, perfect

This is a wonderful tool to use if youre counting macros. This is straightforward & exactly what I needed. I actually prefer there isnt a database since I like to calculate my daily intake of food using different sources beforehand. This app just allows me to jot those compiled numbers down & be on with my day. I also use the "need food suggestions" chart all the time. I have zero complaints.

Simplifies nutrition

I find nutrition the most difficult part of lifting weights. Ive just started this and will play with it for a while before I get a good sense of how to structure my diet, but this helps me know if Im getting in the ballpark and I think in time, will help me really fine tune things. May I make two suggestions for when another updated version is in the works. 1) with the saved meals menu, it would be nice for them to be categorized somehow, as its going to get difficult to find saved meals after saving dozens and dozens of meals, supplements, snacks, etc. they seem currently to just be in the order they are put in. It would also be nice to be able to delete or modify them, as I have a few I put in blank or wrong, and cant get them off the list now. 2) There doesnt seem to be a way to get back to the home menu once youve entered your info and goals. I see this as a big area of improvement to allow. That way, if you want to put on strength and lean muscle mass for a while you can, and then decide to cut, you can change your goals and alter your macro recommendations. Also, even if youre sticking to the same goal of mass gain vs trimming up, you cant adjust youre body weight as you make progress either way, and therefore, cant adjust your macros (I know you can manually adjust macros, but the beauty of this app is it figures out your macros based on that stuff. So if you could alter your goals, composition, and weight, that would also be a huge plus. Otherwise, I think this is great for a first version, and think with some tweeks like the ones above, its going to be absolutely killer.

Great app!

Rating it 5 stars so that it can gain popularity and we could get a database

Best New App (IMHO)

Ive known counting macros was probably the most sensible way to effectively lose weight, but until now I felt like I needed a coach to help me through it. With this app, I feel like I have a coach. Me and my son are starting our macro program today. This app is simple, informative, and very well designed. Perfect timing for us as we both need to lose 20 pounds. Thank you, Mike!

Best Macro App Ive used thus far!

Simple, effective... Perfection.

Best macro tracker app!

Ive recently just started tracking my macros again. Im so glad I found this! Very simple and clean interface. Ive used other macro apps, and this is by far my favorite.

Just perfect.

Thank you! First app I review

Very good app

The only thing I wish it had was the ability to edit your "saved meals" list.

Love it

Nice clean app for tracking macros. It gives you the option to change macros based on if its a training or rest day. Will also calculate what your macros should be.

Cant delete saved meal

Frustrates tf out of me PLEASE UPDATE so you can delete a saved meal :,)

Great app.

Straightforward app that works well and does what it should. Great design and layout with nice extras such as motivation and progress tracking. Only suggestion would be to include an option to edit saved meals, unless I am missing it. Love the app overall.

Love it!

As a personal trainer, and a macro counter, I love this app! I always recommend it to my clients. It takes a minute to get used to, but its really simple, straight forward, and effective. Thanks, Mike!!

Great concept, needs a few tweaks

As a pro figure bodybuilder I figured I would try this. A few things would be helpful. One, if the meals were time stamped. Two, when you update your target macros the app needs to save your previous targets. To me, it doesnt make sense to change your "past" target macros when you enter your new macros. Last, there needs to be a return or enter button when recording your meal macros. Ive noticed when my meals get past #4, its hard to keep the screen high enough to enter the data. I like the concept. It makes it easier for travel instead of breaking out my paper food journal. Just a few tweaks would be nice.

Love this app!

This app is so great for counting macros. However, it would be better if it had a food database and an ability to see your previous days food log. Hopefully, these will be in further updates

Keep it simple stupid

No superfluous BS, just as it should be. Wish I were able to edit "Saved Meals". Mike is a hoot and deciphers all of the confusing info out there today.

Great app!

I downloaded several macro counter apps to test them all out, this one is my favorite! It is very accurate and helpful!
